Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim

Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim, the Managing Director of Pragati Insurance Ltd. has been nominated as the Director of Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited. After retirement from the position of Managing Director of Sadharan Bima Corporation, Mr. Karim has joined Pragati Insurance Limited. In 35 years of experience in his career, Mr. Karim had worked in different capacities in the Insurance Sector. Besides that, Mr. Rezaul Karim was the Director of Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL).
He was nominated as Director to the Company by Pragati Insurance Limited (PIL) in November, 2017. Mr. Manirul Islam was replaced by Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim.
